The gaming industry would enter BSOD mode. To see your favorite character whom you've grown attached to joining the bad guys? It's a shocking feeling. I must be the 0. I like Connor, too, but the knee-jerk reactions aren't helping either. Not everyone likes him, and there's no reason to spew hate or label them Ezio fanboys for having preferences.

Where they differ and what most people here don't seem to understand is how they were brought up. Ezio was brought up in a society permeated with foreign culture and influences - hell, Florence was the birthplace of the Renaissance - whereas Connor was brought up in a society that valued life above all; be it the life of our brother, or the life of the animals they hunted for food, the Native Americans' did not have two-thousand years of conflicting cultural influences mold them into what they are today.

As such, Connor was brought up with a different set of values in life, ones that revolved mainly around the security of his village and the right to freedom for all men. I honestly feel that most not all people here moan about, belittle and ridicule Connor simply because they do not truly understand his heritage.
